Refund/Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 15% of the delegate’s total registration will be applicable to all cancellations received two months prior to the conference. Cancellations received from one month to two months before the conference date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total delegate’s registration. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations received less than one month (30 days) before the conference. All cancellations are required in writing and should be addressed to: Conference Secretariat, PO Box 275 Romsey, Victoria 3434, Australia.

Acknowledgement of Registration

Written confirmation will be sent to all conference delegates on receipt of registration form and payment.
