Most strategic planning is operational planning, with most plans struggling to actually make a meaningful difference to an organisation long term. Agile Strategic Planning is an antidote to strategic planning that doesn’t gain momentum. It builds on the core strengths of strategic intent found in Purpose, Vision and Values statements, but shifts focus at this point to a bottom up co-creative collaboration across the whole organisation to ensure success.
Outcomes of this session are an understanding of operational vs strategic intent, what the key features of agile strategic planning involve, and how to implement agile planning in your organisations planning cycle.
