We live in a world in which bots engage with other bots, people, and businesses. They buy and sell products, hire and fire people, and they create and share ideas and art. These bots have a significant impact on individuals, organisations, and the entire economy: a new economy, the economy of algorithms, emerges.
In this talk, Marek will discuss how organisations should respond in this new economy. Can artificial intelligence be of meaningful help to boards? What governance mechanisms should be introduced? How should decision-makers collaborate with artificially intelligent agents?
Join this session to understand how the economy of algorithms will shape the future of boards.
This session is brought to you in partnership with QUTs Business School and the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies.
