Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the governance landscape, yet its complexities often leave board members feeling overwhelmed. This session draws inspiration from Robert Fulghum’s timeless lessons in All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten. By simplifying AI through universally relatable principles such as sharing, playing fair, and curiosity, this presentation demystifies AI for not-for-profit boards.
Attendees will gain insights into how foundational values—integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning—can guide boards in navigating AI’s challenges and opportunities. The presentation will emphasize practical strategies to integrate AI in decision-making, risk management, and resource optimization, ensuring boards remain agile and impactful amidst the ever-evolving technological landscape.
This engaging and accessible session will leave participants equipped with confidence and tools to embrace AI, not as a daunting complexity but as a resource to amplify their mission.
