Unlock the potential of your boardroom by tackling one of the most pressing challenges in governance: conflicts of interest!

These hidden ’elephants in the boardroom’ can sabotage your best-laid plans, stifle open dialogue, breed mistrust, and ultimately undermine your board’s effectiveness.

As a passionate advocate for your cause, nonprofit directors bring invaluable insights and connections to the table. However, their existing and past relationships can create conflicts that we must address head-on. You want to harness their contributions without inadvertently offending them or creating discomfort by probing into their interests or excluding them from discussions.

Join Julie for an engaging workshop where she will delve into innovative strategies to create a culture where discussing conflicts of interest is not only acceptable but encouraged! Together, explore actionable protocols and precisely how you can establish a safe environment that allows your board to thrive. As the ideal facilitator for this workshop, Julie brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to help your organisation navigate these complexities and unlock the full potential of your directors.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your governance practices and empower your board!
