Tanya Hallett
Founder, TIPT
Tanya Hallett is an award-winning teacher, trainer, coach, speaker and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator who passionately advocates for mental health and trauma informed practice to be embedded across all organisations and sectors to improve outcomes for everyone.
For her work with TIPT, she has won awards for excellence in diversity, inclusion and equity. Her work as a senior lead teacher in education has contributed to facilitating trauma informed classrooms, culturally responsive teaching, and neuroinclusive practices in schools.
After her own work-related PTSD diagnosis, she founded TIPT (Trauma Informed Practice Training) to enable organisations to foster psychologically safe workplaces where emotional intelligence is paramount. She teaches trauma informed strategies to empower post traumatic growth and mental health and wellbeing. She tackles these tough topics in a practical and accessible way, incorporating innovative learning techniques and LEGO® Serious Play®.
Tanya has been a trainer and facilitator for over 20 years, working in Australia and internationally for companies such as Mitsubishi and Toyota. She is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a LEGO ® Serious Play® Facilitator and has extensive experience working with youth and adults heavily affected by trauma and mental health conditions.
Knowing your strengths and weaknesses allows leaders to successfully focus their energy for maximum effectiveness. How many of us really understand our key strengths and weaknesses, and are comfortable sharing this with our board colleagues?
Unleash your creativity, unlock your hidden strengths, and appreciate your superpowers with LEGO® Serious Play®! You don’t need to be a LEGO master for this session; the answers will be right there at your fingertips!
