Better Boards is pleased to present "AGM Essentials" in partnership with Justin Hogg, Managing Director @ Right Source.

Run a seamless, compliant AGM that truly engages your members.

As the formal annual interaction with members, the AGM is key for all organisations. It is important to be aware of the legal requirements needing to be met and facilitate a well-run meeting. It also represents the opportunity for the Board and Executive to engage with members to the benefit of the organisation.

In this webinar you will gain:

  • Practical guidance on the logistical and governance essentials for a smooth, compliant AGM
  • Proven tips and success stories from the panel on what has worked particularly well in past AGMs
  • Candid lessons from times things went off-track — and how to steer clear of those pitfalls next time

This session provides information on aspects to consider when preparing and holding your AGM, with insights from the panel on what they have seen work and learnings from when things haven’t gone to plan.

It will also allow those in attendance to ask any burning questions they may have and start the preparations for this year’s AGM.
