Saioa advises clients on trade mark availability for use or registration and on the classes of goods and services they need to cover in their registration. She also prepares documentation for the trade marks registry and manages trade mark portfolios. She acts for large businesses, SMEs, government agencies and CRCs. Prior to joining FAL Lawyers in 2008, Saioa completed an exchange program at Maastricht University (Netherlands), where she studied European and International law. She is also a qualified Spanish Legal Practitioner. Saioa is fluent in English, Spanish and Basque.
