Dr Tony Jaques is an internationally recognised authority on issue and crisis management and author of Crisis Proofing: How to save your company from disaster, which advocates the importance of crisis prevention and the direct involvement of senior executives. He is Director of Issue Outcomes P/L, and was formerly Asia-Pacific Issue Manager for a multinational company, with responsibility for issue and crisis management across the region. He is a frequent conference presenter on issue and crisis management and has run professional workshops in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and throughout Asia. He also teaches at two universities in Victoria.
