Better Boards is pleased to present "CEO Survival: Insights from 100+ CEOs" in partnership with Andrea Petersen and Kerrie Akkermans, Futureproofers @ Futureproof Advisory.

Andrea Petersen and Kerrie Akkermans are co-authors of Futureproofing Your Not-for-Profit: A Survival Guide for CEOs, and resident futureproofers at Futureproof Advisory.

The pace at which not-for-profits need to respond and adapt continues to accelerate. For CEOs and boards, staying ahead requires more than a strategic plan. It requires an organisation equipped for whatever comes next.

In writing Futureproofing Your Not-for-Profit, Andrea and Kerrie interviewed more than 100 CEOs and sector experts, combining their insights with their own experience to explore what makes some organisations better equipped to navigate uncertainty, seize opportunities and remain sustainable. From this work, they developed a series of practical frameworks and tools to help not-for-profits assess where they are now, identify where attention is needed and build stronger, more future-ready organisations.

This webinar will explore:

  • How to assess how future-ready your organisation really is, and identify the areas that need greater attention;
  • What underpins a strong, sustainable not-for-profit, and the areas CEOs and boards need to get right; and
  • How to think differently about the organisation you already have: its capabilities, resources and potential to create new opportunities.

Drawing together the lessons from the book and the leaders who helped shape it, this webinar will challenge boards and CEOs to look beyond the immediate and ask: are we building an organisation that is ready for whatever comes next?
