Better Boards is pleased to present "Forget Annual Budgets: The Practical Value and Benefits of Integrated Financial Modelling" led by Michael Goldsworthy, Principal Consultant @ Australian Strategic Services with Glenn Hardwick, Emma Litfin, Charles Lord.
Forget annual budgets; static documents with few or no assumptions, no linkages to your Profit & Loss, Cashflow and Balance Sheet, no inbuilt scenarios drawing on the strategies and projects from your strategic plan, let alone robust financial metrics.
Robust and integrated financial modelling is squarely focused on both today’s and tomorrow’s business and service models. These are accurate, dynamic and evidence-based tools, putting the power of present and future financial data and information into the hands of not only the board, CEO and executives, but the managers and key staff who operate the business.
Informed discussion, agreement and decisions are the name of the game; everybody on the same page about today’s money and tomorrow’s money.
This webinar will explore:
- The linkages between your Profit & Loss, Cashflow and Balance Sheet;
- Inbuilt scenarios that draw strategies and projects directly from your strategic plan;
- The robust financial metrics that turn a static budget into a decision-making tool;
- How accurate, dynamic and evidence-based models inform capital developments, mergers and amalgamations, business development, financial turnarounds and business-as-usual projects; and
- How to put present and future financial data into the hands of the board, CEO, executives, managers and key staff alike.
Whether it’s a capital development, merger or amalgamation, business development, financial turnaround or business-as-usual project, for those who take the time to understand and use this approach, it’s an absolute winner.
This webinar will significantly enhance your knowledge of financial modelling.
Join Glenn Hardwick, Emma Litfin and Charles Lord, with webinar moderator Michael Goldsworthy, for this exposé of financial modelling and its practical value and benefit for leaders of any not-for-profit.
