Better Boards is pleased to present "Strategic Alignment: Connecting Your Execution to Your Organisation's Goals" in partnership with Lindsay McGrath, Managing Director @ Think Outside Group.
Many associations have a clear strategy and a worthy purpose, yet still struggle to turn that direction into delivery. The gap rarely sits with the plan itself; it sits in the mechanics that connect constitutional objectives to the day-to-day operations of events, training and member services.
In this webinar, Lindsay McGrath unpacks the mindset and mechanics of sustainable growth, the kind that energises your people, strengthens your purpose and builds real financial confidence. Drawing on his experience leading associations through significant growth, Lindsay will walk through the business models that transform associations and show how Directors can lead an innovative, enthused team.
In this session Lindsay will:
- explain how to move beyond strategy on a shelf and into the delivery of genuine member value
- show how constitutional objectives can flow through to the operations of events, training and services
- explore the business models that allow associations to create self-funding value centres
- outline how Directors can lead and energise a team to drive innovation and member engagement
- share the mindset and mechanics behind sustainable growth and financial confidence
Essential viewing for Directors, board members and association leaders who want to close the gap between strategy and execution, and build the financial strength to deliver on their purpose.
