Gavin Coopey Gavin is an experienced senior consultant and social researcher who has helped many non-profits develop strategic approaches to marketing & fundraising, innovation and consumer led culture change. Over fifteen years as a Consultant in the UK and Australia he has worked with a huge range of organisations from the very largest to small start-ups. Gavin works as regularly with Boards and Leadership teams as with staff and stakeholders. He is also a Hub Chair with the Non-Profit Alliance Leadership program.

Alison Rowe - Managing Director @ The Nature Conservancy Australia

Alison Rowe Alison is The Nature Conservancy Australia’s Managing Director. She has a wealth of experience across the environmental sustainability field, spanning almost two decades, with a fundamental passion for people and nature. Alison is also a Non-Executive Director at Edge Environment a BCorp. Alison has worked across a range of industries including conservation, energy, infrastructure, technology and transport in the Private, Government and Not for Profit sectors. Alison was previously the CEO of the Australian Energy Foundation and held Board positions at the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, Future Business Council, Bioregional Australia, Climate Alliance, Environment Victoria and One in Five. Alison is a Williamson Fellow and lives in Melbourne.

Alex Green - CEO @ Arthritis NSW & Arthritis QLD

Alex Green Alex Green is a For-Purpose leader with expertise in leadership, fundraising and governance. His passion is supporting people to be their best selves. He has extensive executive experience managing both small, focused groups and national, dispersed teams in complex operations, raising money, advocating, and affecting successful change. Currently CEO working across both Arthritis NSW and Arthritis QLD, his previous CEO experience includes Outward Bound Australia and the Sir David Martin Foundation. Alex has also served in voluntary roles within sport and the health sector, including 10 years as Director and vice President at MND NSW.

Cathy Humphrey - CEO @ Sacred Heart Mission

Cathy Humphrey Cathy Humphrey has been working in the areas of community housing and homelessness since 1993. Initially working with people with disabilities, and since 1996 working in roles specifically focused on people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Cathy has worked at Sacred Heart Mission in St Kilda since 2002 and appointed as CEO in 2011. Cathy has accumulated 20 years of service to an organisation that is leading the way in transforming people lives. Cathy’s passion is driven by an interest in people, human rights and a desire to make a difference, and that passion continues to burn brightly through leading the development of innovative solutions to ending chronic homelessness, the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI).
